		<description>Good question! At the beginning of the year I broke my goals down into a set of objectives but I never really qualified them with actual success metrics. I haven’t looked at that list in a while, thanks for reminding me!! For some tasks it would be really easy, painting a fence for example. For others like learning photography or the guitar, success isn’t as obvious. Last week I also tried to set out a basic weekly planner so that I could at least know what I want to do each evening (Tonight I will be reading the Pick Axe and beginning GTAIV after the little guy gets to bed). Of course it is more of a guide than a schedule.</description>
